Roxen (formerly called Spinner) is an HTTP server for the World Wide Web which is distributed under the GNU General Public License (20k characters).
You can buy a copy from them and support their work, or ftp it from their ftp site. (Recall that Free software (18k characters) is a matter of freedom, not price---they can sell copies, but the program is still free software because you are free to redistribute and change your copy.)
